Deck saloon, centre cockpit cruising yacht with teak deck, aft cabin and companionway – ready to sail away. Both boat and equipment are built according to EU guidelines for CE Certification class A, Ocean.

Hull and deck
Hand laminated DCP/ORTHO Polyester und XGT Gelcoat hull. Dark blue sheer lines and waterlines moulded into the gelcoat. Sandwich construction above the waterline including deck and superstructure. Heavy solid teak fender beam. Lead keel secured to the hull with stainless steel bolts. GRP rudder blade and aluminium rudderstock mounted with sets of needle roller bearings. Below the waterline the hull has been sprayed with 2 coats of epoxy primer and 1 coat of antifoul.
On deck
Hand laid teak on side decks. Heavy solid teak toe rail. Stainless steel mooring and midship cleats. Stainless steel pushpit and stanchions, stainless steel pulpit with teak step. Stainless steel bowsprit with hinged bow ladder teak grating and anchor, bowroller and 30 m chain. Anchor locker in foredeck. Integrated teak bathing platform with stainless steel bathing ladder.
Superstructure
Cabin roof in non-slip GRP finish. Handrails in solid teak. 14 aluminium framed windows fitted with safety glass, 5 opening. 3 skylights. Electric windscreen wiper. 2 Dorade ventilators – one in the galley and one in heads.
Cockpit
Sprayhood. Cockpit sole and seating, washboards and cockpit coaming in solid teak. Adjustable mainsheet traveller. Genoa sheet tracks with Lewmar blocks and travellers adjustable from the cockpit. 2 self-tailing Andersen 46ST genoa sheet winches.
Raymarine ST 60 Tridata log/depth sounder.
Jefa WP 100 IIT mechanical steering position in cockpit with engine control lever and lockable steering wheel.
Emergency tiller. Compass. Optional steering position in deck saloon. Self draining cockpit. Manual bilge pump.
Sliding companionway hatch in plexiglas. Very large cockpit locker/workshop also accessible from interior.
Mainsail halyard and single line reefing with 2 reefs led to an Andersen ST28 halyard winch in cockpit.
Rig and sails
Silver anodised mast and boom. Double spreader rig. The mast is deck stepped and is by a stainless steel tube mounted on the hull construction.. Main boom supplied with outhaul, 2 reefing lines and rod kicker. Andersen ST16 halyard winch on mast. 2 cleats on the mast. Main halyard and line reefing led to the cockpit. Fully-battened mainsail and roller furling genoa. Mechanical backstay tensioner, boom cover, Windex.
Engine
GRP engine bed. 4 cylinder Volvo Penta Diesel D2-55, 55 HP, fresh water cooled engine. Saildrive with three blade folding propeller from Volvo. Exhaust pipe with swan neck and silencer. Diesel pre-filter. Seawater filter to engine inlet valve. Well sound-proofed engine room. Good engine access from all sides. Engine and gear control instruments with visible and audible alarms. Engine hour counter and rev in cockpit. Hot water by motor cooling. 200 Litres stainless steel fuel tank.
Electric system
115 Ah alternator on engine. 12 volt system with 72 Ah engine start battery and 3 x 72 Ah auxiliary/general use batteries. Isolated circuit. Main switch and control/safety switch panel with voltmeter and fuel/water/holding tank gauges. Electric shower pump out. Shore supply by 40 Amp. inverter with main fuse/switch panel and 3 sockets.
Lighting throughout the boat, ceiling lights, reading lamps, engine room light and light at chart table. Electric windscreen wiper. Internationally compliant navigation lights, steaming, anchor lights and deck light.
110 Litres electric marine fridge 12V TEC/ASU.
Heating, water, waste water
Eberspächer 5 KW heating system with 5 outlets. 285 Litres. stainless steel water tank. Pressurized water system with electric water pump. 20 Litres. insulated hot water tank heated by motor cooling or shore supply. 80 Litres holding tank with deck and sea discharge. Automatic bilge pump.
Interior works
Matt finish varnished top quality mahogany. Floors are varnished teak on ply with inlaid stripes. White foam backed vinyl head linings with solid mahogany trim. High quality cushions and curtains to choose from patterns.
The boat has an open and functional aspect and offers optimal living conditions. Interior customisation possible.
Deck saloon
Deck saloon with generous U-shaped sofa and saloon table on port. Chart table and switch panel to starboard, prepared for mounting further instruments. Optional interior steering position. Ample storage in all areas. Fire extinguisher.
Galley
White laminated work surface with fiddles. Double stainless steel sink, hot and cold water, twin burner gas oven. Well insulated 110 litre marine fridge with icebox. Drawers and shelves. Crockery and glasses for 6 people.
Forecabin
Large double berth. Hanging locker. Storage compartments above berth. Ample stowage. Mahogany cabin side lining.
Walk way to aft cabin / Aft saloon
Walkway to starboard side with two armchairs separated by a chest of drawers and book shelf. (A good place to install and watch a television). Door to the large cockpit locker/workshop.
Aft cabin
Large island double berth. Hanging lockers, Storage compartments above berth. Ample stowage. Seat to port. Cabin sides lined with mahogany.
Toilet compartment
Large toilet compartment forward of the main saloon to port. White laminate bulkheads with mahogany trim and door. Washbasin with hot and cold water. Cupboards above and below. Large mirror. Wet locker with drain. Toilet connected to 80 Litres holding tank, with deck and sea discharge. Connecting shower room with shower curtain. Ceramic tiles to shower floor. Shower pump out. Small teak seat.
